Soon after his return to Hong Kong in the early 1970s, he founded Canada Land Limited. Today, he is the Chairman of several of its subsidiary companies, of which Canada Land (a listed company in Australia Stock Exchange) is the parent, and has steered the company to become one of the leading real estate developers. At present, Canada Land projects in the city of Guangzhou, a transportation hub in the People's Republic of China. The most renowned project is the reconstruction of "Wong Tai Sin Tourist Attraction Project" in Guangzhou. |
